The demand for arthroplasty surgery is growing exponentially, putting pressure on healthcare facilities to meet the growing demand.1 Implementing systems (such as ERAS) that facilitate rapid readiness for discharge after surgery will therefore enable healthcare facilities to meet the growing demand without compromising quality of care and outcomes.2
